1. Return Period

- The product must not be damaged due to misuse

3. Prepaid Return Label
We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions along with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back at no additional cost.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund is completed
