  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

3. Prepaid Return Label

We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions along with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back at no additional cost.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is completed

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Personal care items (if opened or used)
  • Any item not in its original condition

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or full refund.
